Stage 1: Understanding your firm ("Diagnosis")
We use a proven analytical approach. We'll work with you to understand the current strategic position of your firm and your plans for the practice. Our diagnostic approach usually takes the form of a full Strategic and Operational Review. We will then combine this with a detailed financial analysis. We will look at the firm as a whole before breaking it down into an analysis of individual departments so that we understand the key levers in your firm.
Stage 2: Develop your plan ("Strategy")
We'll help you develop a business strategy for your firm that gets you to your vision. You'll be able to set down a manageable course of action that is consistent with your goals. We can then leave you to implement your strategy yourself. But often we are asked to help along the way. You might see value in our regular support. A business strategy is not something that is written by the partners once to be put away. It is a living thing that needs careful ongoing attention if it is to be used to grow your firm.

Stage 3: Delivering your plan ("Implementation")
Implementation can fail even with a good practice manager in your firm. It can be difficult to break down your firm's strategy into measureable goals and objectives.
