It is essential that you are IT literate, have good internet access, good communication and observation skills and discretion and an aptitude for discretion.
Please be aware that mystery shopper assignments are to be carried out within a certain time limit and to be inputted promptly following it. The completion of the assignment forms must not be filled out within close vicinity to the stores being reviewed.
